四、科研工作简介???? ?
????主要从事先进极化材料与光电器件研究,具体研究方向包括:
????1. 铁电极化场增强的红外探测器件与机理;
????2. 低维窄禁带半导体材料、物理与器件;
????3. 室温红外光电材料、器件与应用开发。
????先后主持国家基金委、中国科学院、上海市科委、国家重点研发计划子课题等项目10余项。研究成果以第一/通讯作者在Nature Communications、Science Advances、Advanced Materials、Advanced Science等期刊发表学术论文37篇,已获得授权中国发明专利12项,授权美国发明专利3项。
????在培养研究生方面,研究方向聚焦于国家重大应用需求和国际科技前沿,注重培养研究生发现问题解决问题的能力,注重理论与实践相结合,在实践中不断提升自我。
